The Sawyer Family: Favorite Children’s Songs
Thank you for your great ideas! The new children’s CD is just another example of encouragement from you! During the North Carolina Family Life Ministries’ 2006 Fall Campout, while sitting on hay bales singing songs around the campfire, we enjoyed digging up our favorite tunes from when our girls were small. We enjoyed these same tunes during the Homeschoolers’ Medical Missionary Training School in Cleveland, Tennessee. The families there also encouraged us to make a CD bringing these precious songs back to the minds of young and old alike…and now it’s here!
This CD was a joy to make, and is even more special as Toni and Kristina participated as well. You’ll find 14 songs, including several hymns, one song written by Cindy and one song written by our missionary friends, Scott and Julie Griswold. (Scott, Julie and their children live in Thailand. We hope to see them next February while we are in their neighborhood.)
We pray you will be cheered and blessed as you sing these songs with us, in work and in play.
